How to install Ticket Cleaner
Follow these simple steps to install and start using Ticket Cleaner in your Zendesk account.
1. Install the app
- Click the Install button on the Zendesk Marketplace.
- Select the Zendesk account where you want to install the app.  
2. Access Ticket Cleaner
- Open any ticket in Zendesk.
- Find the Ticket Cleaner app in the ticket sidebar.  
3. View and Manage Attachments
- Browse images, files, and links in dedicated tabs for better organization.
- Use search to find images and files by filename or links by text.
- Sort attachments by name or date in ascending or descending order.  
4. Clean Up Tickets
- Select unwanted attachments (images, files, or links).
- Click Remove Selected to delete them automatically from the ticket.
