No. When the AI co-pilot is activated, it will recommend optional splits to help your agents work faster. If inactive, the app allows manual splitting. In either case, tickets are only split with agent approval.

Free version - Multiple child tickets can be created directly from the parent ticket. Each split ticket inherits the necessary details (comments, fields, attachments). The app automatically inserts an internal note in the parent ticket identifying each split created, aiding traceability. It's a reliable tool for organizing multi-issue tickets and improving data accuracy in reporting. When multiple split tickets are created, there’s no centralized view or summary showing how many have been generated. Agents must manually read through the entire ticket thread to find each internal note referencing a split ticket. Adding a feature to summarize or list all split tickets linked to a parent would significantly enhance usability for high-volume support teams. Looking forward to any upcoming improvements that may include a side panel to list all tickets linked to a parent ticket.

Works out of the box, and it really helps that it preserves the original timestamps from the parent ticket when creating splits. This keeps the conversation history in proper chronological order. Makes a huge difference in clarity and context.

This app is very useful and solves two major problems below that other ticket split/ clone apps has! 1. Automatically sends a comment to the requester when the ticket is cloned or split. -> Split the ticket without any notification to the requester. 2. Changes the public comment to internal memo -> This app keeps the comment status. Excellent!!
