We recently migrated our support CRM from HubSpot to Zendesk Suite, and advoCX, particularly Lumi, made the changeover effortless. From the first call they inspired confidence with deep technical expertise, practical advice, and disciplined project management. Because of this, they truly got what we’re trying to deliver and they added real value to configuration decisions. Working with advoCX was an enjoyable experience. Lumi and Marta were easy to work with and helped pinpoint our needs with speed.
