If you've haven't done a migration before, it can all be fairly daunting. But it doesn't have to be--enter Helpando.it! When we set out to do a migration from Intercom to Zendesk, we weighed a few options. If you aren't aware, options for a ticketing software migration generally fall into two categories: self-guided vs a personalized experience. At first, I considered utilising the app I previously used for Zendesk migration for another task. However, due to the increased complexity of this new migration, the original app proved inadequate.
