Suptask helps us connect our Customer Success team closer to all our Product & Tech teams. Easily create escalation tickets from Zendesk to Suptask, helping us discuss and remediate the tickets in Slack. This allows teams to minimize context switching between systems and we don't need force all our teams to be within Zendesk, but instead being where the rest of the organization is, on Slack.
