The team at Stylo is top tier to work with + getting Stylo Assist set up was super easy! We've launched on 3 of our ~20 brands: the training was thorough and the collaborative approach to fine tuning is insightful. Our teams' needs vary due to distinctly separate customer bases - we appreciate the brand specific settings that allow managers to manage their own 'tweaking'. We are also excited by the innovations to come - related to macros, reporting and agent specific experiments. Keep up the great work!

Excellent way to get a LLM integrated into the helpdesk, with an active team working on making it better.
This has been a great app for translating messages. We do a lot of business with Canadian companies but we don't have anyone on my team that speaks French. This allowed us to serve our customers better with the team we already have. I've been told by a few of our customers that the responses sound a lot like a fluent french speaker.
Stylo is such a huge help! Whether adjusting and improving something I write or creating an answer entirely on its own, I've been consistently impressed with how intelligent it is!
