Great link for getting data into Gecko dashboards. Small issue with dashboards not updating but Gecko support fixed within the hour.

We have been using Geckoboard for over 5 years and love the transparency it gives our customer service team. The dashboards are displayed on TV screens throughout the contact centre and allow everyone to see what workload there is and how happy our customers are. Support agents work as a team to meet the targets on the screen and schedule breaks depending on workload and staff available. A very useful tool for team leaders and agents alike.
