Macro Suite has been a great help for our business needs. Definitely recommend.

Macro Suite has been an immense help in dealing with various standardized mails we send out to our customers. Being able to offer our agents sleek multiple choice questions to assist in crafting the perfect written response has quickly become an essential. Additionally, every request I've sent to support has been dealt with quickly and to my full satisfaction, even fixing bugs I thought we had caused ourselves by pushing the app to its limits. Highly recommend.

This is an essential app if you want to streamline macros and avoid agent errors. They are always working on improvements and they are open to feedback. Our team can't ever go back to the "old" macros offered by Zendesk alone. Macro suite is just too efficient and easy to use. Because you can put your macros on structured rails, using Macro Suite will also cut down on the amount of time it takes to train new employees.

Macro suite has been greatly helpful to us in our effort to better manage our macros but also improve the agent experience through the use of dynamic macro actions. The Sparkly team have also been very engaged with feedback and product enhancement opportunities This is a must have app!
