Unable to request files from customers, only send files you have already in your account. Requesting files from users is the whole point of us using dropbox for support and a very common use case that is not addressed. Please update the integration to allow agents to request files from customers.
Please add file request feature so files can be requested directly from the ticket in ZD. We would have no use for this app otherwise.
Same problems since sometime, the icon is not visible in the Zendesk editor frame (Chrome and Firefox) although the App is working fine. Can it be fixed ?
We have the same problems, the icon is only visible in MS Edge, not Chrome or Firefox (two of the Zendesk supported browsers. Please fix the dropbox
Also have the same problem with the icon .. but it works and i can link dropbox files to support tickets, hut i'm looking to link to guide articles too. Doesn't look like this is possible :-(
