Install was pretty quick. Now every escalation shows in Slack with a neat summary. The devs reply faster having all the context needed, and I’m able to pass on the updates to the customers right away too. Can recommend.
For me, seeing an update pop up in the sidebar without manual tracking and followups makes it much easier to manage all my escalated tickets. Great job, Pluno!
