Import2

The migration was simpler than I had planned. Migrating the free sample was the first step to get the process going as expected. We scheduled a date to start the migration and it happened. Accounts, Contacts and Cases were migrated from SalesForce to Zendesk. The Import2 team is very quick and helpful, especially Ashley who served us very well. I would definitely hire Import2's services for another migration and I recommend it to anyone who needs this type of service.

I'm so happy I found Import2 and went with them for our data migration! We had teams working out of two different Zendesk accounts and wanted to get everyone working in the same one. Import 2 was used to transfer tickets + user data from 11 separate Zendesk environments to 1 multibrand instance. After a few scoping calls, a very clear overview of the tasks (+ data mapping) and next steps were given. The transfer of all this information also went very smoothly.
